Xaccel Managed Services for network infrastructure

Xaccel Managed Services for network infrastructure (switches, routers, security, VoIP and wireless) deliver 24/7 monitoring, maintenance and management by experienced, certified network administrators. Our services help maintain network infrastructure performance and reliability.

There are two levels of Xaccel Managed Services for Network Infrastructure: Proactive and Managed.

Proactive Network Services deliver basic monitoring and alerting, basic ISP vendor management (escalate to ISP only), proactive checks, and reporting.

Managed Network Services build on Proactive network services by adding advanced ISP vendor management, troubleshooting and remediation.

Bundled Tools and PSA Integration
Xaccel Managed Services leverage multiple tools with the Proactive and Managed Network Services. Xaccel’s remote monitoring and management software will be installed on one of the servers in the network for monitoring, maintenance and reporting. Xaccel Managed Services offer two-way integration with Xaccel’s ticketing system for seamless communication of trouble tickets.

  • 24×7 monitoring of service availability, network bandwidth (report), CPU, memory, QoS, call quality
  • Alert triaging, validation & escalation
  • Backup configuration of devices
  • Two-way integration with Xaccel support ticketing system or access to portal for case tracking & metrics reports
  • Executive dashboard (web portal)
  • Asset inventory reporting
  • Basic ISP vendor management (escalate to ISP only)
  • Advanced vendor management (escalate and work with ISP to fix the problem)
  • Troubleshooting and remediation
  • Add/Move/modify changes to VOIP phone extensions
  • Firmware upgrades if required (as part of troubleshooting and fix)
